Maloukhia is one of the oldest Egyptian eaters on Earth dating back to the reign of the Egyptian Pharaohs more than three thousand years ago. This is the basic meal for every Egyptian family. At Valley Foods we select green molokhia leaves after processing and washing thoroughly, excluding yellow leaves and root residue, then boiling and freezing quickly at a temperature of at least (-30) so that the product temperature is in the middle (-18)  to stop Oxidative enzymes working and storage on (- 18) To maintain the condition of the product in a frozen form until it reaches the end consumer.
